1. Bring plenty of toys and books

Pack a variety of toys and books that your baby can play with and look at while in the car. Consider items that can be easily grasped and held, such as soft blocks or board books. We usually have a big box permanently at the back seat that's full of toys!

2. Music and sing-alongs

Music can be a great way to entertain and soothe a baby in a car. Bring along some of your baby's favorite songs and sing along to them. You can also play lullabies to help your baby relax and fall asleep. Twinkle Twinkle is a hit in our car every time it's nap time!

3. Plan for rest stops

Babies can get restless when sitting in a car for long periods of time. Plan for rest stops where you can get out of the car and let your baby stretch their legs and play.

4. Use window clings and stickers

Attaching window clings or stickers to the inside of the car windows can provide a fun and interactive way for your baby to look at and play with while in the car.

5. Use a baby mirror

A baby mirror is an easy way to entertain your baby and keep an eye on them at the same time. Babies love to see themselves, so they will be fascinated by the reflection of their own face.

By following these tips and using a little creativity, you can make car trips with your baby more enjoyable for everyone. Remember to be patient and flexible, and enjoy the journey with your little one.
